Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing is expected.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education is encouraged.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Efficient time management and documentation handling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff and therapists.
