New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed or eligible Mental Health Therapists to join a collaborative clinical team focused on empowering clients in behavioral health. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulations.
• Professional licensing prerequisites and ongoing development are expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorization accurately.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
