New Directions Mental Health is seeking therapists to empower clients through evidence-based outpatient therapy. You will collaborate with a clinical team to support diverse communities and help licensure-seeking clinicians grow.

Role includes crisis planning, documentation, and a supportive supervision structure. Eligible for a $2,500 hiring incentive at this location for qualified candidates. Equal opportunity employer committed to inclusive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and licensure pathway.
• Provisional license per state regulations may be required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensure is expected.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Strong communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case conferences, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and staff for holistic care.
