New Directions Mental Health seeks licensed therapists to join a collaborative behavioral health team. You will deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments, and develop crisis and wellness plans to support diverse communities.

A clinical team supports your growth, with supervision and ongoing professional development. Eligible candidates receive a $2,500 hiring incentive at this location and access comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary team care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plan completion.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, NP, dietitians, staff and therapists for holistic care.
