New Directions Mental Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient individual and family therapy within a collaborative care team. The role emphasizes culturally sensitive assessments, personalized treatment planning, and coordination with psychiatrists and other professionals to support clients on their mental health journey.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and admin staff to provide holistic care.
