New Directions Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Transformations Care Network. You will conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide outpatient therapy, developing crisis and wellness plans while collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and admin staff.

We offer licensure support, professional development, and a clear path to career growth within a collaborative behavioral health team focused on access and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Provisional license may be required per state regulation.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with clients and families.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing and documentation and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
