Job summary

Brightwater Health in Duluth, MN is seeking a licensed or license-eligible psychotherapist to join our Outpatient Therapy team. You will conduct screening, assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and provide consultation to clients across diverse backgrounds.

Candidates must obtain licensure within 6 months and demonstrate ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license eligible within 6 months to provide psychotherapy (LGSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, OR LAMFT).
• Ability to work with ethnically diverse population required.
