Job summary

HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking a Mental Health Counselor or licensed LMFT/LICSW/LP/LPCC for an outpatient clinic in Brainerd, MN.

The full-time, permanent role entails 24 adult clients per week, 35–60 minute visits, on-site Monday–Friday 8–5, serving clients with dual diagnosis. Trainees receive supervision hours; licensed therapists provide ongoing recovery and mental health support.

Responsibilities

• See approximately 24 clients per week.
• Conduct outpatient visits of 35–60 minutes each.
• Treat dual diagnosis, suicidality, depression, and anxiety.
• Provide ongoing recovery and mental health support.
• Trainees receive clinical supervision hours.
• Counselors collaborate in team meetings on care plans.

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Mental Health Counselor or Metal Health Therapist, Clinical Trainee, or licensed as a LMFT, LICSW, LP, LPCC for an outpatient clinic treating mental health adult clients with dual diagnosis actively in a Residential SUD program.

• LMFT, LICSW, LP, LPCC will work onsite Monday through Friday 8-5; No call
• LMFT, LICSW, LP, LPCC will see 24 clients per week
• LMFT, LICSW, LP, LPCC will see clients weekly for 35–60-minute visits
• LMFT, LICSW, LP, LPCC will provide outpatient services for clients for 6 – 13 months
• LMFT, LICSW, LP, LPCC will treat dual diagnosis, suicidality, depression, anxiety
• LMFT, LICSW, LP, LPCC will assist in on-going recovery and mental health
• Clinical Trainees will receive clinical supervision hours
• Mental Health Counselors will participate in collaboration meetings

Mental Health Therapist, Mental Health Counselor Requirements:

• Master’s Degree

Mental Health Therapist, Mental Health Counselor Compensation:

• Licensed Therapist: 70K – 76K
• Clinical Trainee 55K-67K (plus supervision)
