The hospital is seeking a Mental Health Tech/CNA. In this role, you will provide direct care to adolescent patients with psychiatric disorders and substance abuse issues, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. MHTs are primarily responsible for maintaining patient safety on the unit.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient monitoring and observation with 15-minute checks
• Assist nursing staff on the unit
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients

• Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and physicians
• React calmly and effectively in emergency situations
