The Hospital is looking for a Mental Health Tech/CNA. In this role, you will provide direct care to adolescent patients with psychiatric disorders and substance abuse issues, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. MHTs have the primary responsibility for patient safety on the unit.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient monitoring and observation with 15-minute checks
• Assist nursing staff on the unit
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patients
• Understand risk and safety precautions in patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, co-workers, and physicians
