Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a human services field required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within first week.
• Must be willing to become certified in Therapeutic Restraint (Handle With Care).
• Experience with children/adolescents with emotional disturbance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in treatment planning.
• Assist in the admission process.
• Orient new patients to the unit and program.
• Plan and prepare for group therapy sessions.
• Maintain patient, program, department and related documentation.
