Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or GED.
• Certified Nursing Assistants and Registered Behavioral Technicians encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations for 3+ years.
• Experience with adolescents with emotional disturbance or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtainable within first week.
• Willingness to obtain Handle With Care certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in treatment planning.
• Assist in the admission process.
• Orient new patients to unit and program.
• Plan and prepare for group therapy sessions.
• Maintain patient, program, department and documentation.
