Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Jackson is seeking dedicated Mental Health Technicians (MHT) for both day and night shifts. We are committed to improving the lives of individuals with mental health challenges and are looking for passionate professionals to join our expanding team.

About Us: Located in Jackson, TN, we provide comprehensive behavioral health care for adolescents in a supportive and responsive environment. Our mission is to inspire hope and promote well-being through clinical excellence, education, and compassion.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing and implementing behavioral programs
• Provide care and supervision for clients
• Document behaviors and progress
• Build positive relationships with clients and staff
• Follow facility policies and treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary

Qualifications:

• Age 21 or older
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or in medical settings preferred
• High School diploma or GED

Job Details:

• Schedule: 6:45 am - 7:15 pm or 6:45 pm - 7:15 am
• Work Environment: Residential facility with exposure to various client behaviors and occasional outdoor conditions
