Responsibilities
  1. Provide routine patient care under the supervision of a professional nurse, including assisting with daily activities, recording vital signs, facilitating psycho-educational group sessions, and crisis intervention as needed.
  2. Assist patients with daily living activities such as supervision, laundry, bathing, and toileting.
  3. Conduct patient searches at admission, after passes, or as clinically indicated under RN guidance.
  4. Model healthy interpersonal relationships and demonstrate appropriate behavior for patients, families, and staff.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Licenses and Certifications
  • AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
