Responsibilities

• Scheduling, reception/check-in, taking phone calls, and entering messages into the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Managing multiple provider schedules to ensure timely patient care.
• Assist with scoring test material and entering refill requests as needed.
• Provide support in various areas as requested and cross-train across Behavioral Health units.
