Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is recruiting a Clinical Supervisor to oversee mental health outpatient treatment at our site. You will supervise Mental Health Therapists, coordinating with the Behavioral Health Program Manager to manage clinical and administrative procedures.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Science or Social Service, a Mental Health Professional license (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) preferred, and at least five years in the field with administrative experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
• Must meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP). Licensed status preferred (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW).
• At least five (5) years’ experience in the field, with some administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mental Health Therapists, peer specialists, case managers and program staff.
• Review and approve clinical documentation in Cerner.
• Ensure staff meet weekly service hours and monthly productivity targets.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and data accuracy across the regional data system.
• Provide outpatient evaluations and psychotherapy to individuals and families.
