Family Health Centers of San Diego seeks an operations leader to manage multiple clinics, ensuring compliant, efficient care delivery and staff development. The role involves directing daily operations, coordinating scheduling, and generating reports to monitor performance and patient services.

The successful candidate will bring 3+ years in social services; 2–3 years in supervision; strong budgeting and grant reporting skills; and preference for bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in a social service/behavioral health field to include administrative experience required.
• 2–3 years of progressively responsible experience in Clinical supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of budgets, fiscal planning, grant programs, and reporting requirements.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships, inspire others to perform at a higher level, prepare career development plans and retain an accountable workforce.
• Coach and counsel staff and administer appropriate disciplinary action in a timely manner.
• Provide/ensure staff receive all new hire and annual trainings on time.
• Administer day-to-day operations of assigned clinics, including scheduling and patient service management.
• Establish objectives and develop plans for meeting tactical and strategic goals as reviewed by senior management.
• Oversee and participate in project planning, implementation and assessment at assigned clinics.
