Qualifications

• Masters or higher degree in Social Services
• Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation as LCSW, LMFT, LMFT, RN, Ph.D./Psy.D.; in WA as LICSW, LMHC
• One year in leadership role in relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams and/or programs
• Assist Administrator with quality improvement duties
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs within designated timelines
• Oversee on-site clinical operations during shifts (AM 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri)
