Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee mental health outpatient treatment, supervise therapists and support staff, and coordinate administrative and clinical management with the Behavioral Health Program Manager.

The role requires a Master’s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field, 5+ years of experience, and licensure as LMHC/LMFT/LICSW or equivalent. Strong leadership and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the Social Science or Social Service field.
• Licensed status preferred: LMHC/LMFT/LICSW or equivalent.
• At least five years’ experience in the field, with some administrative experience.
• Must meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mental Health Therapists and support staff at the site.
• Provide clinical individual and group supervision; review clinicians’ documentation.
• Ensure staff meet weekly service hours and monthly productivity requirements.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and ensure high quality of care for Sea Mar patients.
• Prepare and review consumer records, progress notes, and data entries.
• Collaborate with program managers to coordinate care and referrals.
