Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 2 years in human services or customer service.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls and sign in guests.
• Assist in documentation of client services and intake processes.
• Manage reception area and scheduling; support NP/PA/psychiatrist with appointments.
• Coordinate with third party vendors and manage supply inventory.
• Open/close building to facility standards and handle monthly expense reports.
