The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work or related field, with 5+ years of behavioral health leadership experience and PA licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical programs and operational objectives for the treatment program.
• Provide clinical oversight and ensure delivery of client-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with licensures, accreditation, and state/federal laws.
• Manage day-to-day operations and supervise Clinical Directors.
• Promote professional growth and development of staff across facilities.
