Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor (Adjunct) to provide high-quality classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students. The instructor will evaluate student performance, maintain records, and support student success across campuses.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, an active RN license, and at least 3 years of RN experience with a passion for education. Collaboration with faculty and participation in meetings are essential.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum 3 years of recent professional RN experience; teaching/education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Supervise students in the clinical environment and promote safe, professional nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence; maintain progress and grade records.
• Prepare accurate and timely student progress reports and attendance records.
• Attend faculty meetings and collaborate with the program team.
