Job summary

Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor (Adjunct) to teach and supervise LPN/PN and RN students. The role involves classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction across varied sites, with emphasis on student progress and safety.

Qualified candidates hold an MSN or higher and an active RN license. Minimum 3 years RN experience and teaching or mentoring are preferred. The position starts November 2026, with Mondays/Tuesdays availability.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to nursing courses and clinical experiences taught.
• Teaching experience with LPN/PN and RN students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction as assigned.
• Supervise students in clinical settings and assess performance.
• Prepare progress and grade reports and maintain attendance.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners.
