Job summary

Adjust Mental Health LLC in Fishers, IN is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Medical Assistant to join our growing clinical team. You will assist providers with patient intake, rooming, and clinical documentation, helping patients navigate behavioral health services.

Responsibilities include recording medical histories and vital signs, supporting care coordination, managing scheduling and referrals, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant electronic health records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CMA or RMA preferred.
• Prior experience in medical, behavioral health, or psychiatric settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and medical office workflows.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered, empathetic approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive mental health information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire.
