Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CMA/RMA certification preferred.
• Experience in medical, behavioral health, or psychiatric settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and medical office workflows.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered, empathetic approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive mental health information discreetly.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain on hire.
