BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. in Oregon seeks a Housing Coordinator to assist individuals with severe mental illness in obtaining and maintaining housing within the Supported Housing Program.

The role coordinates with clinicians, landlords, and community partners to meet program requirements and support client treatment goals. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate community resources.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, or a behavioral health-related discipline.
• Three (3) years of experience in the behavioral health field.
• Must be able to obtain QMHA certification within two (2) months of hire; preference given to QMHA or QMHA-R applicants.
• Must maintain a valid Oregon Driver License and be insurable to travel; reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct housing support to mental health clients seeking housing.
• Coordinates with BestCare clients engaged in services referred by clinicians.
• Helps clients secure and maintain stable housing.
• Supports ISSP goals through case management and advocacy.
• Ensures compliance with program requirements and maintains documentation.
