Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Intensive Services Supervisor to oversee MH Clinicians across ACT, Crisis and Forensic programs and provide clinical supervision and daily staff oversight.

The role includes some direct client services to support goals in health, independent living, and social skills. The supervisor collaborates with the Program Director to enhance clinical services, ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules, manage referrals, and lead weekly

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral science, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
• Minimum 2 years of successful clinical and employment supervisory experience.
• For individuals in recovery from substance-use disorder, must have maintained continuous recovery for the previous two years at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, day-to-day supervision and performance monitoring over mental health staff for Crisis, ACT and Forensic programs.
• Leads weekly team meetings and develops treatment plans and progress discussions.
• Ensures documentation meets Oregon Administrative Rules and best practice standards.
• Manages scheduling, oversight, and staff performance evaluations.
• Collaborates with Program Director to improve clinical services and coordinates with other programs.
