Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services Inc is seeking a Mental Health Intensive Services Supervisor to oversee MH Clinicians in ACT, Crisis, and Forensic programs. The role provides direct supervision, daily staff oversight, and some client services to promote health, independence, and social skills.

Collaboration with the Program Director helps grow and align clinical services with Oregon rules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field required plus two years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Minimum two years of successful clinical and employment supervisory experience.
• Recovery history requirement if applicable at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, day-to-day clinical supervision and performance monitoring of staff in ACT, Crisis, and Forensic programs.
• Leads team meetings, develops treatment plans, and ensures documentation meets standards.
• Oversees scheduling, evaluations, and staff development; maintains compliant records and audits.
• Collaborates with Program Director to improve clinical services and program processes.
