Job summary

Southeast Asian Development Center (SEADC) in San Francisco seeks a Project Coordinator for its Community & Wellness programs. You will coordinate SEAMHI activities, engage clients in wellness initiatives, and connect them to internal and external resources.

You will also support administrative tasks, data collection, and partnerships with funders, ensuring program milestones are met and records are accurately maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in Khmer, Lao, Thai, or Vietnamese.
• Experience with client interviews, screenings, and assessments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Service: conduct outreach on health topics and promote SEADC/SEAMHI services.
• Coordinate wellness activities, workshops, and client trainings.
• Perform intake, assess needs, and connect clients to internal/external resources.
• Provide case management and follow-up, ensuring service continuity.
• Maintain accurate client records and reporting in required systems.
• Assist with budget tracking, supplies, and meetings as needed.
