Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Project Coordinator to support the SEADC’s Community and Wellness program, including SEAMHI. The role coordinates with partner organizations, supports data collection, and helps deliver services to families and youth in San Francisco.

The position involves direct service and administrative duties, including outreach, trainings, and maintenance of client records in Salesforce. Some evenings and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in a related field.
• Fluent bilingual in a Southeast Asian language.
• Knowledge of services for children, youth, and families in San Francisco.
• Experience with client intake, screening, and assessments.
• Experience serving diverse or underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Direct Service: conduct outreach on health topics and promote SEADC/SEAMHI services.
• Develop and update outreach materials and flyers.
• Conduct client intake and screening, identify goals, and connect clients to services.
• Provide health education and connect clients to health and community resources.
• Coordinate wellness activities, workshops, and presentations.
• Coordinate mental health trainings with funders, therapists, and partners.
• Provide case management, service coordination, and follow-up.
• Attend funder and professional trainings as required.
