Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group in Fresno, CA is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our Youth Full-Service Partnership program. You will provide assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of care for youth aged 11-18, in outpatient settings, schools, and community venues.

The role features a 4-day/10-hour schedule, competitive pay of $75,000–$85,000 USD per year, and employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, with CEU opportunities and supervision for licensure hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology required.
• 1 year direct service experience in a mental health setting preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License and driving eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical services to youth and families by assessing needs and developing treatment plans.
• Facilitates individual, family, and group therapy; coordinates care with the treatment team.
• Delivers services in homes, schools, community settings, and outpatient offices; maintains documentation.

Assists with crisis intervention, case management, and connecting clients to resources while maintaining accurate and timely documentation, reports, and outcome measures in compliance with agency requirements.Division/Program Overview:Population Served: Serving ages 11-18Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Fresno County within designated county limits.
