Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group is hiring a Bilingual Mental Health Clinician in Fresno, CA. The role provides individual, family, and group therapy within an outpatient setting, including homes and schools, with supervision for BBS hours as applicable.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology, and active California BBS registration or licensure path. A 4-day/10-hour schedule is offered with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• Active registration with California BBS or licensure path per position level (AMFT/ACSW/APCC or LMFT/LCSW/LPCC).
• At least 1 year of direct service experience in mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess immediate and ongoing needs of youth and families.
• Develop treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed, client-centered approaches.
• Facilitate treatment team meetings and crisis intervention.
• Connect clients with appropriate resources and services; deliver services in homes, schools, community locations, and office.

Provides individual, family, and group therapy services using trauma-informed and client-centered approaches. Facilitates treatment team meetings, supports crisis intervention, and helps connect clients and families with appropriate resources and services. Delivers services in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, community locations, and the office, and participates in an on-call rotation to provide support during crises.Division/Program Overview:Population Served: Serving adults, 18 plusFacility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Fresno County within designated county limits.
