Job summary

Carolina Therapeutic Services First seeks a Client Program Coordinator to support staff and clients from intake to discharge, ensuring client data is accurate and updated across systems for authorizations. The role requires knowledge of the mental health field and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Some college preferred but high school diploma or GED required.
• Self-starter, proactive problem-solver, and critical thinker.
• Must have knowledge of the mental health field.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Microsoft Office familiarity (Word/Excel; Access bonus) and Google apps.
• Experience in customer service support role.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search.
• Successfully meet pre-employment background screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide field administrative support to clinical staff.
• Communicate with clients on program updates and notify them of upcoming assessments.
• Resolve client concerns promptly.
• Manage client data and buffers regarding updating any pertinent information needed to submit authorization.
• Ensure accuracy of all client data submitted to MCO’s.
• Identify and analyze opportunities for client program improvements both internally and externally.
