Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Community Support Team.
• Identify, hire, and manage CST members.
• Coordinate trainings and ensure certifications.
• Facilitate weekly CST meetings.
• Ensure timely staff documentation and compliance.
• Ensure monthly TT meetings with consumers.
• Monitor service authorization and insurance coverage.
• Submit monthly reports to MCO and NC Topps.
• Maintain confidentiality per policies.
