Endeavor Health seeks a Mental Health Associate I for the Linden Oaks Naperville location. This full-time role (40 hours, evenings 3:00pm–11:30pm) supports therapeutic groups, supervises patients, orients new admissions, and collaborates on treatment planning within an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field, with at least one year of behavioral health experience if the degree is non-behavioral, CPI and CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
• One year of behavioral health experience if degree is non-behavioral.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates groups and encourages patient participation in therapy.
• Provides one-to-one supervision to ensure safety.
• Orients new patients to unit and hands off information.
• Participates in treatment planning with interdisciplinary team.
• Completes patient, program, and department documentation.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support operations.
• Monitors and reports patient progress to shift supervisor and families.
