Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in daily tasks, merchandising, pricing, and customer service. You will support sales goals and coordinate staffing, training, and events to create an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining plan-o-grams, coordinating with management on staffing, and ensuring accuracy in pricing and inventory. Prior supervisory experience is a plus; high standard of customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to department associates and ensure merchandising, pricing and customer service standards are met.
• Support achievement of department sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage and payroll goals.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and execute corporate merchandising directives and events.
• Staff the department, participate in interviewing and training, and prepare weekly work schedules.
• Deliver legendary customer service and product knowledge to drive sales.
