Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Minnesota seeks a Team Leader to guide department associates in delivering customer service, merchandising excellence, and store standards. Under supervision of the Group Sales or Department Manager, you will direct daily activities, train staff, and support scheduling and performance feedback to achieve department goals.

In this role you will maintain pricing integrity, coordinate events, and ensure a friendly, efficient shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in retail sales with supervisory exposure.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct department associates to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and pricing as directed by corporate.
• Staff department, interview candidates, and coordinate training.
• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Prepare daily task lists and productive staff schedules.
