Job summary
Flowtec Group in Memphis is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for industrial water systems. The role focuses on managing existing accounts and driving new business within the Memphis territory, selling engineered water treatment solutions.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B or technical sales experience (industrial or equipment-based).
- Experience selling consultative or engineered solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers
- Identify and close opportunities for water treatment systems and services
- Sell mobile and portable deionization solutions
- Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements
- Partner with internal teams to support project execution
- Track activity and manage pipeline in CRM
- Meet or exceed sales targets
