Job summary

Envirogen in Memphis, TN is seeking a money-motivated Technical Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to own, develop, and rapidly grow our industrial water treatment business across the high-potential Memphis region.

You will hunt new business, consult and prescribe cost-saving water treatment solutions, manage the sales cycle from outreach to close, expand accounts, and exceed targets, backed by world-class support.

Qualifications

• Industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment sales experience.
• Water treatment or environmental services experience.
• Process systems or chemical sales experience.
• Technical, engineering, or scientific product sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new business and identify opportunities across facilities, manufacturing plants, laboratories, and commercial operations.
• Consult and prescribe: assess operations and pitch high-value water treatment solutions.
• Manage the sales pipe: deliver technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Expand accounts: nurture existing relationships to upsell and maximize value.
• Exceed targets: drive revenue and achieve sales quotas.
