Job summary

Gateway Staffing is seeking a sales leader to open a new Memphis branch, overseeing a 4–6 outside sales team and 2–4 inside sales staff. You will own the Branch P&L, provide coaching, and drive revenue growth while building a regional presence in the light engineering B2B space.

Candidates should bring proven sales leadership with P&L experience, and the ability to manage OEM relationships at Tier 2 and 3 while exploring alternate segments for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have sales team leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Experience leading 4–6 outside sales reps and 2–4 inside sales reps.
• Track record in light engineering B2B sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new Memphis branch and its 4–6 outside sales reps and 2–4 inside sales reps.
• Own the Branch P&L and ensure profitability and budget adherence.
• Provide coaching, training and performance management to the sales team.
