Automation Personnel Services, Charlotte Branch, is seeking a Selling Branch Manager to lead our branch, drive revenue growth, and mentor a recruiting team.

You'll balance outside sales with operations leadership, manage client relationships, and coach staff to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. This in-person role requires daily local travel and a commitment to building a high-performing culture while delivering exceptional staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience required.
• Outside sales and business development preferred.
• Strong leadership and relationship skills.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Comfortable presenting to executives.
