Job summary

The Colonnade Senior Living is seeking a Director of Memory Support who will lead a memory care program, design enrichment activities, and promote the overall well‑being of residents with dementia. This role emphasizes collaboration with nursing, dietary, and administration to deliver a holistic care approach.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication, and has a background in senior living or related fields.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure preferred.
• Experience in senior living, education, activities coordination, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging memory support activities and life enrichment programs.
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and administration for integrated resident care.
• Organize events, outings, and sessions to promote socialization and engagement.
• Maintain open communication with families and provide updates on residents’ well‑being.
• Provide staff and volunteer training to ensure high‑quality care and support.
