Kingsland Walk Senior Living is seeking a Director of Memory Support to lead memory care activities and programs, enhancing residents’ quality of life with a cheerful, supportive environment. The role focuses on dementia-care activities, family communications, and cross-department collaboration to deliver holistic resident care.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in senior living or related fields, with LPN licensure preferred to support clinical

Qualifications

• LPN licensure preferred.
• Experience in senior living, education, child development, activities coordination or related degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum one year of leadership and team skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative life enrichment programs tailored to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and administration for integrated care.
• Organize events and outings to promote socialization and engagement.
• Maintain open communications with residents’ families and seek feedback.
• Conduct regular assessments and adapt programs to meet needs.
• Provide training and support to staff and volunteers.
• Create and maintain records of all activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
