Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator to champion our Embrace philosophy across residents, families and staff. You will oversee Memory Care operations in partnership with the Memory Care Director and Health and Wellness teams, and drive high-quality, person-centered programs daily.

The role requires 1–3+ years in dementia care, an associate degree preferred, and certifications such as Activity Director or Dementia Practitioner.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred in Social Work, Recreation Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in Alzheimer's/Dementia care and senior recreation programming.
• Certifications: Activity Director Certified, Certified Dementia Practitioner, or Therapeutic Recreation Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Embrace philosophy in all aspects of the role for residents, families and staff.
• Implement and oversee the six pillars of Embrace.
• Daily oversight of Memory Care operations in partnership with Memory Care Director and Health & Wellness team.
• Lead 5-7 programs per day; plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident activities; encourage participation.
• Provide education, training, and hands-on support to community staff with community managers.
