• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging life enrichment programs tailored to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and administration for integrated care.
• Organize events, activities, and outings to promote engagement.
• Maintain open communication with residents’ families and provide updates.
• Assess residents’ needs and adapt programs for quality care.
• Provide staff and volunteer training for quality care.
• Create and maintain records of all activities and documentation.
