Job summary

Qualifications

• Coursework or relevant experience in CMOS memory/datapath design.
• Good understanding of SRAM transistor-level behavior and failure modes.
• Knowledge of CMOS fabrication methods, digital circuits and device physics.
• Strong Linux and shell scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and definition of memory parametric test structures with cross-functional teams.
• Define memory content on product test chips and ensure consistent testing methods; diagnose faults.
• Develop and configure lab/test equipment for computer-controlled data acquisition.
• Create, modify and debug memory test software using Python and related languages.
• Conduct memory testing, collect data, perform analysis with Python and spreadsheets.
• Document test procedures and communicate results to memory design teams.
