The role requires 5+ years in memory/DDR, system-level validation, and JEDEC familiarity. You will work with cross-functional teams, use test equipment, and contribute to MRC development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Memory/DDR technology and validation.
• Hands-on validation and debug experience at system level with memory interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of JEDEC memory protocols and test methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define electrical validation strategy for memory IO interfaces to optimize performance and production readiness.
• Validate circuit analog performance and electrical signal integrity against industry standards.
• Analyze, debug, and optimize MRC requirements for margins and quality.
• Prepare validation specs, evaluate IP, and generate test reports.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, and pre-silicon verification teams to ensure testability of IO architectures.
