Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, GPA 3.0+.
• Strong background in DDR/LPDDR memory interface validation and characterization.
• Experience with electrical margining, eye diagrams, timing analysis, voltage margins, and DQ/DQS characterization.
• Experience with lab equipment: high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, probes, logic analyzers, signal generators, power measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate and characterize DDR memory (DDR5/LPDDR6) via electrical margining and SI.
• Perform timing analysis to ensure operation across conditions.
• Collaborate with Arm teams to define validation practices.
• Develop and implement test plans and methodologies.
• Analyze data and report characterization findings.
• Develop automation to improve testing efficiency.
• Document results and provide detailed reports.
