Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma, English proficiency, and a positive, energetic attitude toward residents. Computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to uncover interests and needs to guide engagement.
• Create and implement engagement plans and guide daily routines.
• Be a Life Partner, supporting residents from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
