Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to join our compassionate team. This full-time role focuses on empathy, resident engagement, documenting care, and supporting daily living activities in memory care neighborhoods.

You will work Monday to Thursday, Sunday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm; responsibilities include observing residents, developing engagement plans, assisting with mobility, and coordinating with teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as patient observer to discover residents' interests and engagement needs.
• Create and implement engagement plans with care and sensitivity.
• Serve as life partner, supporting residents through daily activities from wake to rest.
• Document resident care and changes in condition for care planning.
